Good Samaritan Village is on 27 beautifully landscaped acres close to shopping, services and attractions. The retirement community has grown from its inception in 1976 to include 95 apartments, 56 duplex units, a 91 bed Health Care Center and a 14 unit Assisted Living opening in 2004. Senior housing residents choose between rental and entry fee payment options and may also choose the number of meals they wish to enjoy in the lovely central dining room. Local transportation is provided. Good Samaritan Village provides holistic activities programs for each of our residential sectors. These programs are led by certified activity directors and operate within the broader context of life enrichment for every resident.
